Refund Policy

At MauMusic, we're not happy if you're not happy. As a result, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for all online purchases, whether the product is damaged in shipping, faulty or unsuitable, or simply if you are in any way unhappy with the purchase.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.
